Meeting Fee
Full Registration: $140 (+ $25 for Banquet)
Student Registration: $25 (+ $10 for Banquet)
Guest Registration: $20 (+ $25 for Banquet)

Graduate students and postdocs may apply for a fee waiver award, providing a letter briefly describing their research, current position and justification for participating. Send this letter to organizer Richard Vogt by February 1, 2005.

Hotel and Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel in historic Charleston, South Carolina. The hotel is located adjacent to the College of Charleston and amidst restaurants, shops and historic buildings. Rooms will be $101.00 plus tax per night single or double occupancy. A limited number of rooms have been reserved on a “first-come first served” basis.
DEADLINE: Dec 31. The Hotel (Francis Marion) is expecting at least 18 rooms to be reserved by December 31. Please reserve your rooms as soon as possible to avoid having the 2 Dicks thrown in jail... Thanks! Mention that you are with the ICWI meeting when you contact them.

Accommodations and Meeting Program:
The meeting will convene Sunday evening with a reception, and end Wednesday evening with a social event. Participants may choose to arrive early and enjoy a weekend in Charleston and the surround area. We've been informed that room rates for Friday and Saturday night will be considerably higher at the Francis Marion (please inquire). We will provide additional/alternative hotel information as the meeting dates near. For those able to remain through to the end of the meeting, we suggest departing on Thursday morning.
